Legal disclosure

The Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure (ERSD) is presented to signers before they can view or sign documents. If you choose to use this, signers must read and agree to the terms before proceeding.




Note: The default ERSD is only valid for transactions involving U.S.-based parties. This is provided for your convenience only. Please consult your legal counsel if you have any questions.

Note: This will only affect new signature requests. If you have already sent a request, you will need to send a new request to enable this option.





Customize the default ERSD or create your own

Choose to personalize the default disclosure, replace it entirely, or create a custom version for the language used by your signers.

Note: Set the public business email address used in the disclosure (optional).
