Sender ID

Set the sender ID for your SMS reminders.

Note: The phone number displayed to recipients may vary depending on the destination country's mobile network capabilities. In some countries, operators do not support international phone numbers as sender IDs. In such cases, your message may appear from a short code or generic number (e.g., 20697) instead. This is normal and depends on local carrier or destination country restrictions.

Note: Sending SMS to United Kingdom from US phone numbers is NOT supported due to local carrier/legal restrictions.

Tip: Select a sender ID that best matches the country of your clients (recipients). For example, if you are messaging recipients in the UK, Ireland, or EEA, select a UK mobile sender number. Default is US.
